style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nomme les personnels de la facult\u00e9 pour lesquels un autre mode de nomination n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9vu\u00a0;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Assure et exerce l\u2019autorit\u00e9 hi\u00e9rarchique sur l\u2019ensemble des personnels places sous son autorit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pr\u00e9pare les r\u00e9unions du conseil de facult\u00e9\u00a0;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Il \u00e9tablit le rapport annuel d\u2019activit\u00e9s qu\u2019il adresse
